Problem: Redesign an out of date website into a modern Marketing Masterpiece.

Methodology: We used a combination of Lean UX. Design Thinking and Agile project management for this project.
User Research: We had a discovery scheduled for two weeks with members of the sales, marketing and operations teams. The Head of Marketing and COO were heavily involved in the process. We created Personas, personas, Journey maps, and a competitive analysis. We also involved internal stakeholders in a card sorting activity. Personas and User Behavior are shown below.
Information Architecture: From the results of the card sorting, we created the information Architecture for each page in excel. We held twice daily meetings with a cross section of internal stakeholders to go over requirements for each screen and freezing the functional requirements for each page. We moved on to lo-fi wireframes (See Below), then mid-fi mockups and hi-fi mockups. Once each page was accepted, it was sent to development.
Interaction/Visual Design: We used Balsamiq, Illustrator, Photoshop, Pop, to create wireframes and functional mockups. Unfortunately, I was unable to save the Mid to high fidelity wireframes for the website, but below you can find two mockup options for the Consumer direct portal.
Final Outcome: The website went live along side a consumer portal Loan origination system developed in parallel.
