First USS Enterprise (1776)
This was the first USS Enterprise, formerly the British supply ship George, it was captured by Col. Benedict Arnold at the Battle of Lake Champlain and commissioned into the Continental Navy as a 10 Gun Sloop.
2nd USS Enterprise (1777)
This was the second USS Enterprise in service with the US Navy. It served in the American Revolution. She was an 8 Gun Schooner Most likely armed with 8 x Six Pounder guns.
5th USS Enterprise (1874)
This the lead ship of the United States Navy's Enterprise Class Screw Sloop of War. It was launched in 1874, commissioned in 1877 and served mostly as a survey ship for the US Navy, before retiring as a training ship in 1909. She was the fifth ship in the United States Navy to be named Enterprise. She has a wooden hull, and was armed with 1 x 11 in Dahlgren Gun, 4 x 9 in Dahlgren guns, 1 x 60 Pounder Parrott Rifle, and 1 x Gatling Gun.

The Sixth US Navy vessel to carry the name Enterprise. This was a Section Patrol craft built for World War One, serving with the US Navy from 1916 to 1919. It was armed with a single QF 1 Pounder Pom-Pom gun.
